- Works with Student Submitter and Library Deposit Supervisor to steward ETD deposit process
- Not a content creator
- Expert knowledge of school academic policy and standards
- Familiar with repository mediation workflows and interfaces; provides inputs as a stakeholder
- Usually not familiar with underlying repository architecture
