 Welcome to Technology Support and Training Team

The Technology Support and Training unit is responsible for providing support for all libraries and museum staff technology, including computers, peripheral devices, and productivity software, such as Microsoft Office 365. This unit also provides support for staff conference rooms and event spaces, including support and design of audio-visual components.

 About Technology Support and Training

Our team ensures seamless technology experiences across the organization through three core service areas:

  • Desktop & Customer Support
    We set up and maintain user devices, troubleshoot issues, and provide helpful guides. We also assist with hardware/software purchases and manage surplus equipment responsibly.

  • Technology Administration
    We maintain secure and efficient systems by managing software, user access, and automation tools. Our team also produces performance reports to support informed decision-making.

  • Audiovisual & Space Support
    We deliver high-quality AV solutions for events and meetings, from equipment setup to live support. We collaborate with trusted vendors to create engaging experiences and manage contracts and communications.

Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
