Unhandled Exception
This error occurs when someone's Aeon user account (non-staff) has expired and the system fails to send them to the expired users form.
To resolve, open the Aeon client and search for the user's account. Under the "additional information" box, reset the expiration date. Save your changes. The user should be able to log in to their account.
Process payment error
This error occurs when researchers do not properly fill out the payment form for reproduction requests.
To resolve, the user will need to go back into the payment form from their Aeon web account, fill out the requested information, and check the box next to the request:
ArchivesSpace is an open source application and although Emory's instance is hosted by Lyrasis, there is limited vendor support for troubleshooting. Sources of information and help documentation include:

Running reports
Occasionally, if a report is cancelled during execution, it will cause reporting functionality to hang. Resolution requires a ticket to Lyrasis to restart the server.
Spreadsheet import
Importing metadata through a spreadsheet (and validation of that spreadsheet) will fail if a previous spreadsheet import/validation contained invalid data. Users will see the following message:
This is a known ArchivesSpace bug. Resolution is to run another background job (such as regenerating a pdf for the collection), which will reset the application and allow the import to proceed.
