  1. LIBSAFE Go is intended to support the long-term preservation of Emory Libraries collections. It should not be used as a working space or for temporary storage. Nothing should be ingested into LIBSAFE Go that has not been formally accessioned into a library’s collection. See the Libraries' Digital Collections Policy Suite for more information on the types of content the Libraries have committed to preserving.

  2. All content ingested into LIBSAFE Go should include at least the minimal required metadata--see the Metadata page of this wiki for details.

  3. At this time, LIBSAFE Go is used as a dark archive for Emory Libraries materials for which no other more appropriate digital preservation platform exists. It is not intended to be used as an access platform for end users.
