Integrations

Emory's instance of Aeon is integrated with several applications:

• EmoryFindingAids: discovery system for archival material.  Patrons are pushed from EFA to Aeon to make requests/appointments
• LibrarySearch: discovery system for rare books.  Patrons are pushed from LibrarySearch to Aeon to make requests/appointments
• CaiaSoft: storage management system for Emory's storage library.  Requests routed to certain queues in Aeon automatically send and track requests through CaiaSoft.  When materials are returned to the Storage Library, again through the use of specific queues, CaiaSoft automatically updates the request when materials are returned and reshelved.  More information available here: Emory/Aeon offsite workflow
• Payeezy: credit card system maintained by Emory Finance for credit card payments
