- Providing advice or prototyping to other groups on their needs, wants, ideas (workflows, access controls, viewers, etc.)
- Discussion of technology products (image servers, image viewers, Fedora, etc.)
- Discussion of technology standards (IIIF, oauth, IIxF, oembed, etc.)
- Plan for how to integrate Ruby and Hydra software development best practices into our software development process
- Monitor ongoing developments regarding Emory AWS migration
- Research optimization and performance in Samvera stack (indexing, file delivery, etc.)
- Identify security implementation needs per Emory best practices
- Identify authentication needs per Emory best practices
- Identify requirements for additional system integrations (external and Emory systems) as needed
