Requirements and best practices related to storage, servers, system architecture, Hydra framework and repository related technologies will be listed here.

Charge/Deliverables:

• Providing advice or prototyping to other groups on their needs, wants, ideas (workflows, access controls, viewers, etc.)

• Plan for how to integrate Ruby and Hydra software development best practices into our software development process

• Monitor ongoing developments regarding Emory AWS migration

• Discussion of technology standards (IIIF, oauth, IIxF, oembed, etc.)

• Discussion of technology products (image servers, image viewers, Fedora, etc.)*

• Research optimization and performance in Samvera stack (indexing, file delivery, etc.)*

• Identify security implementation needs per Emory best practices*

• Identify authentication needs per Emory best practices

• Identify requirements for additional system integrations (external and Emory systems) as needed*
