Discovery and Delivery
The Discovery and Delivery Program was formalized in 2022 and is responsible for multiple applications that support the discovery, access, and delivery of resources in the Emory Libraries collections. Because we also have formal programs for content related to Repositories, Archival Technology, Digital Preservation, the focus of this program is on applications facilitating the discovery and delivery of content outside of those programs. Applications in the Discovery & Delivery Program include Library Search (Emory’s library catalog), Articles+ (article searching), ILLiad (interlibrary loan functions), Ares (course reserves management) and CaiaSoft (inventory management for the Library Service Center ). The program is informed by consultation with stakeholders and working groups across the libraries.
