1. AV Equipment Issues
Problem: No display on the screen.
Solution:
Ensure the in-house PC is powered on.
Check that all cables are securely connected.
Switch the input source on the display to the correct one (e.g., HDMI, VGA).
Problem: No sound from the speakers.
Solution:
Verify the volume is not muted on the in-house PC.
Check the volume settings on the display and any connected speakers.
Ensure the correct audio output is selected on the PC.

Solution:
Confirm the internet connection is active.
Restart the in-house PC and try reconnecting.
