Troubleshooting Guide for Room 128D

1. AV Equipment Issues

  • Problem: No display on the screen.

    • Solution:

      1. Ensure the in-house PC is powered on.

      2. Check that all cables are securely connected.

      3. Switch the input source on the display to the correct one (e.g., HDMI, VGA).

  • Problem: No sound from the speakers.

    • Solution:

      1. Verify the volume is not muted on the in-house PC.

      2. Check the volume settings on the display and any connected speakers.

      3. Ensure the correct audio output is selected on the PC.

2. Zoom/Teams Connectivity Issues

  • Problem: Unable to connect to a Zoom or Teams meeting.

    • Solution:

      1. Confirm the internet connection is active.

      2. Restart the in-house PC and try reconnecting.

      3. Ensure you are using the correct meeting link or ID.
